** Participants who want to benefit from the free resident registration opportunity should scan the document signed by the head of the department of the institution they are affiliated with and send it in PDF format to elmikro2022@egekongre.com by e-mail.

** Only PRC, Orthopedics and Traumatology and Hand Surgery residents can benefit from the free resident participation.
* It covers the residents who will stay at La Blanche Island Hotel through the Organization Secretariat (Ege Congress Tourism&Organization) during the early registration period (until February 10, 2022) or who will participate by paying an external participation / facility usage fee.
• 18% VAT is not included in the registration fee.
• All participants are required to register for the congress.
• The participation fee includes lunch, coffee breaks, entrance to the exhibition areas, name badge, certificate of attendance, congress materials, Welcome Coctail and participation in general scientific activities.
• They are required to submit a proof of internship with the registration form.

  • VAT is not included in the accommodation fee
  • The above prices are all inclusive for 3 nights, 18 May check-in – 21 May check-out.
  • Accommodation package is personal and non-divisible, non-transferable per night.
  • All balance must be closed before the congress.

External participation / Facility Usage Fee

It is valid for registered participants of the congress who have not received their accommodation through the Organization Secretariat or cannot stay in a hotel. It is valid 18 - 21 May 2022 and between 09:00 - 18:00 on the specified days. The daily cost is 40 EURO and 160 EURO for 4 days.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A full refund will be made for cancellation requests notified until 10 March.
  • Cancellation requests until March 20, 2022 50 % of the fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellation requests made after March 20, 2022 will not be refunded and only name changes will be accepted.
  • All refunds will be made after the end of the congress.
